Support Group Services
A Window Between Worlds Art Group
This group is designed to provide participants with a window of time where they can feel safe and supported within a community of survivors while discovering a renewed sense of themselves through creative expression.

This group meets weekly.
Spanish group available in the evenings with child care available.
Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model Group
This group is a psycho-educational group that meets weekly. There is a different topic each week that focuses on empowerment, skill building, self esteem, boundaries and trauma reduction. Each topic includes discussion and exercises that provide education about how trauma and abuse affects lives.
The group will meet once per week for six months.
Intimate Partner Violence Support Group
This group is designed to provide education and support for survivors of intimate partner violence through a curriculum based format.

This group is a 14 week curriculum.
Courage to Heal Support Group
This group is a support group for adult survivors of child sex abuse.
